Our expert team works throughout the year on crisis communication and managing school, business, and event emergency preparedness programs nationwide. Meet Darren Dale
Event Safety Manager, Based: Atlanta, GA
Darren has worked in the healthcare field since becoming an ER tech at a Level I Trauma Center in 1998. He's since worked both in an out of the hospital as an ER Tech, EMT, and Advanced EMT doing street EMS, standby EMS for 50k+ person events, and in the urgent care environment. He has a strong belief in preparation, training and continuing education, and has completed advanced training in Disaster Life Support & Medical Life Support. During a break from working in healthcare, Darren worked as a writer and editor, and spent time as a photojournalist. He continues to write and edit today when he's not out on the water sailing or settled down with a good book. He is enrolled in Paramedic school.

Whenever I contacted JES to schedule an event, whether by phone or email, they always replied promptly and professionally, and were clear on what services would be provided. JES’s rates were always competitive with other comparable vendors. Contracts were drawn up immediately and sent via email, which worked perfectly for our organization. The EMTs that JES sent to our horse shows always arrived early or on time, and regularly went above and beyond their basic duties, sometimes even helping our show staff with running the horse show. When it came time to collect payment, JES was always present patient in working with our often - slow (University-paced) processing time.

There were a few times that I can recall when an EMT was needed  on a day’s notice (or less). In each instance, despite the extremely short notice, JES was always able to come through for us with an EMT for our event.
