Definition
Responders who, after receiving the necessary certifications and training, are qualified to work across all Joffe Divisions. These individuals represent a flexible tier of the workforce capable of transitioning between School Health, School Security, Event Safety, and Learning & Management Practice (LAMP) roles as operational needs dictate.
Purpose
The primary objective of the Flex Qualified Responder Program is to establish structured growth opportunities and diverse professional development pathways for our Responders. By cross-training staff across various functional areas, the program aims to create operational depth, ensuring that the organization can effectively meet fluctuating service demands with a highly skilled and versatile workforce.
Incentive
Responders will be given a $0.50 per hour raise for each additional division that they are qualified to work, up to a total of $1.50 per hour.
Selection Criteria

- 1 year of service
- 200 hours worked, or equivalent outside experience
